Tradi Inc. (“we” or “our”) handles personal information collected through this site (tradi-jp.com) appropriately in accordance with the following policy.

1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use this site, we collect the following information:
・Experience reservation requests: your name, email address, number of participants, interpreter preference, and your message, such as preferred dates and requests
・Payments: the status and amount of your payment. Card details are entered directly into the form provided by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
・Checking reservations and writing reviews: your email address to verify your identity, your rating and comments, and, if you choose to provide them, a display name, country or region, age group, who you joined with, and messages to the expert or interpreter
・Inquiries: your name, email address, and inquiry details, together with the pages you have viewed on this site (up to the 30 most recent) and, if you came through one of our partners, the name of that partner
・Business inquiries: your company name, name, email address, and inquiry details
・Access data: see “4. Cookies and analytics.”
2. Purpose of use
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
・Responding to reservation requests, arranging dates and prices, and confirming and guiding you through your reservation
・Accepting payments, issuing refunds, and issuing invoices and receipts
・Making arrangements with the experts and interpreters who host your experience
・Letting you check your reservation, and receiving and publishing reviews
・Responding to inquiries, and arranging meetings and estimates for business customers
・Analyzing and improving our services using data processed so that individuals cannot be identified
3. Publishing reviews
Once we have checked a review, we publish its rating and comments on the experience page, together with the display name, country or region, age group, and who you joined with, if you provided them. We never publish your name or email address. Messages to the expert or interpreter are not published and are delivered only to the person they are addressed to.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed. This information is collected without identifying individuals and is used to improve the site. You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We also store, in your browser, the page history attached to inquiries and your sign-in status when you check a reservation. The page history is sent to us only when you submit an inquiry.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. However, to arrange your reservation, we share your name, number of participants, dates, and requests, to the extent necessary, with the experts and interpreters who host your experience and with any travel agency or other partner that handled your booking. By submitting a reservation request, you consent to this sharing.
When part of our operations, such as payment processing, site operation, or sending email, is outsourced, we provide only the information necessary and appropriately supervise the service provider.
6. Services provided by companies outside Japan
We use services provided by companies in the United States and other countries for payments (Stripe) and analytics (Google Analytics). Information sent to these services may be handled outside Japan.
7. Security
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
8. Retention
We keep information about reservations and payments for the period required for accounting and by law, and for as long as needed to handle the reservation. We promptly delete information about inquiries when the period necessary to respond has passed and there is no further need to retain it.
9. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion
When we receive a request to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete personal information, we verify the identity of the requester and respond promptly in accordance with applicable law.

トラディ合同会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当サイト（tradi-jp.com）でお預かりするお客さまの個人情報を、以下の方針に基づき適切に取り扱います。

1. 取得する個人情報
当社は、当サイトのご利用に応じて次の情報を取得します。
・体験の予約リクエスト：お名前、メールアドレス、参加人数、通訳の希望、ご希望日やご要望などのメッセージ
・お支払い：お支払いの状況と金額。カード情報は決済代行会社 Stripe の入力欄に直接ご入力いただくもので、当社のサーバーには保存しません。
・予約内容の確認・レビューの投稿：ご本人確認のためのメールアドレス、評価と感想、任意でご入力いただく表示名・国または地域・年代・同行者、専門家や通訳へのメッセージ
・お問い合わせ：お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容。あわせて、当サイトで閲覧したページの履歴（直近30件まで）と、提携先のご紹介でいらした場合はその提携先を受け取ります。
・法人向けのお問い合わせ：会社名、お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容

2. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、次の目的の範囲内で利用します。
・予約リクエストへの対応、日程と金額の調整、予約の確定とご案内
・お支払いの受付、返金、請求書・領収書の発行
・体験を担当する専門家・通訳との手配
・予約内容の確認、レビューの受付と掲載
・お問い合わせへの回答、法人のお客さまとのお打ち合わせやお見積り
・サービス向上のための分析（個人を特定できない形に加工したうえで利用します）
3. レビューの掲載
当社が確認したレビューは、評価と感想、およびご入力いただいた場合は表示名・国または地域・年代・同行者を、体験のページに掲載します。お名前やメールアドレスは掲載しません。専門家や通訳へのメッセージは掲載せず、宛先の方にのみお届けします。
4. クッキーとアクセス解析
当サイトでは、利用状況の把握のために Google アナリティクスを使用しています。Google アナリティクスはクッキーを使い、閲覧したページなどの情報を収集します。この情報は個人を特定しない形で取得し、サイトの改善に利用します。ブラウザの設定でクッキーを無効にすると、収集を拒否できます。詳しくは Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約をご確認ください。
また、お問い合わせに添える閲覧履歴や、予約内容を確認する際のログイン状態を、お使いのブラウザ内に保存します。閲覧履歴は、お問い合わせを送信したときにのみ当社に送られます。
5. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、予約の手配に必要な範囲で、お名前・参加人数・日程・ご要望などを、体験を担当する専門家・通訳、およびご予約を取り次いだ旅行会社などの提携先に提供します。予約リクエストの送信をもって、この提供にご同意いただいたものとします。
決済、サイトの運営、メールの送信など業務の一部を外部に委託する場合は、必要な範囲で情報を提供したうえで、委託先に対して適切な監督を行います。
6. 外国にある事業者のサービスの利用
決済（Stripe）とアクセス解析（Google アナリティクス）には、米国などの事業者のサービスを利用しています。これらのサービスに送られた情報は、日本国外で取り扱われることがあります。
7. 安全管理
個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えい等を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
8. 保有期間
予約とお支払いに関する情報は、会計や法令で求められる期間、および予約の対応に必要な期間保存します。お問い合わせに関する情報は、対応に必要な期間が経過し保存の必要がなくなった時点で、速やかに削除します。
9. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求
お預かりしている個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除のご請求をいただいた場合は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い速やかに対応します。
