Work with a Nishijin textile master to begin a personal commission for a kimono, haori, or obi. Dye the production-silk threads that will be woven into your commissioned piece and explore the specialist process through which color enters Nishijin textiles before the cloth is made.
The three-hour session is priced individually according to the commissioned work. The finished piece is delivered approximately two months later, and shipping is charged separately.
